Dining in Exeter

Located in the Queen's Court Hotel. The AA recently distinguished this stylish restaurant with the Rosette Award. The decor is beautiful and features Venetian masks and scented candles. Favorite dishes include the breast of pheasant and apricots marinated in orange and cinnamon.

Herbie's Vegetarian Restaurant

Most Exeter restaurants focus on meat dishes, which is why Herbie's Vegetarian Restaurant is a refreshing option for vegetarians and vegans. This bistro style eatery is happy to assist customers with unique dietary needs. Dishes like the Greek vegetable pie are appealing even to self-proclaimed carnivores!

The Conservatory

The atmosphere at this restaurant is very intimate and friendly and the staff is quite professional. Recommended dishes include duck breast with cassis, blueberry cheesecake, and the grilled sardines with garlic and herb butter.

On The Waterfront

The name of this restaurant suggests beautiful scenery, and with a location on the Exeter quayside, the venue certainly lives up to its name! On the Waterfront is best known for its delicious pizzas, especially the popular Dustbinlid pizza. Other favorites include the garlic pizza bread, Scottish smoked salmon, and beer battered cod and chips.
